Basic Level 1

The basic training course gives a broad idea of the main goals, techniques and principles that played part in forming the unique PortDeBras TM training method – a course combining functional and dynamic traction with sets of hand and arm-related activity. 

The PortDeBras TM strategy focuses on its inner philosophy of using bodily movement as a form of therapy. The training routine is designed to mend mental well-being, tune the biomechanics of human motion and improve the overall physiology of the body. This one-of-a-kind method allows one to connect with their trainee’s psych leaving their own individuality intact. 

Intermediate level 2

The intermediate level will guide you towards a completely new philosophy of movement, equipping your body with the skills needed to move harmoniously. 

Develop the mobility of your joints and spine and receive the right amount of strength training targeted at all of the main muscle groups, while remaining in a state inner comfort, emotional balance and bliss.

Progression Level 3

The intermediate level will guide you towards a completely new philosophy of movement, equipping your body with the skills needed to move harmoniously.

 Excercise level 4

The consistency and smooth progression of this particular course allows you to derive unforgettable enjoyment from the whole training process. This course features spiral and reverse stretches, balance training and the isolated tension technique.

Parterre

A unique set of on-floor exercises that includes balance training and sets of functional exercises performed in a certain sequence. This course is perfect for muscle rehabilitation or after-injury training and includes exercises that target back pains, develop joint mobility and improve overall strength and flexibility.

Ball

This course features a system of exercises on a large fitball. Repeating the usual integrated stretching methods in a spiral sequence improves the metabolic processes of the body, the overall quality of spinal movement and allows to achieve outstanding results in treating back pains and neuromuscular issues

Band

This course features a selection of functional and restorative exercises using an elastic body band. The unique PortDeBras TM Band training program effectively targets most muscle groups, safely stretching and toning them without harming the tissue. Constant muscle tension along with dynamic movement lead to a high result within a short period of time.

Bar

This course combines regular training with barre exercises. The choreographic component is adapted for clients regardless of fitness level.
