Introduction
Before you start a Pilates workout with us, be sure to book a private introductory session (1-on-1). The Pilates introductory session consists of an assessment of posture, personal fitness, learning the basics of the Pilates technique, but also refreshing your knowledge from existing Pilates experience. It is suitable for all fitness levels. At the end of the session, the client's goals are discussed and an individual training plan is defined. After completing your introductory session, you can choose one of our membership options (ABO) or enjoy your individual Pilates sessions without a subscription and pay for each visit with us.
All Pilates equipment are based on springs, which creates the feeling of flow and glide through movement. This is very beneficial for a person's joints, as well as someone with arthritis or osteoporosis. It is a great tool for body alignment and for people with scoliosis or muscular imbalances. The sessions are adapted to individual fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Training on the mat with your own body weight is often a big challenge for beginners. This is exactly where Pilates equipment helps to build strength.
For advanced customers, the challenge can be increased by increasing the range of motion with different variations of spring resistance and speed. It is designed for all needs and fun. Private sessions are ideal for clients with special considerations who are in pain or sore, recovering from injuries or pregnancies, or simply prefer one-on-one lessons. An individual exercise program is tailored to the needs of the customer.
During the duet sessions, two participants with approximately the same fitness level enjoy a semi-private workout. During the Trio Sessions, three clients with roughly the same fitness level enjoy a joint workout.
